  • Where do you produce?

We are based and produce in Istanbul. 

  • Where do you ship from?

We have two warehouses, in Istanbul and in Berlin

  • How long does it take to ship?

It depends on your preferred shipment method.

We mostly ship by DHL; the expected delivery times vary between 2-18 days, depending on the destination and quantity. Please check our shipping page for more details.

For other shipment options like air, sea, or land, the delivery times vary.

Please contact us so that we can get quotations from our network of carriers.

  • Are the prices that I see wholesale prices?

Yes, the prices at our store are the wholesale prices.

  • Is there a minimum order value?

No. There is no minimum order value.   

  • Do I have to sell at MSRP?

You are free to sell our products at any price.

  • Is it safe to pay by credit card?

Our site is encrypted with an SSL certificate and offers completely safe payments.

  • Do you accept returns?

We can only accept returns for defective items. Please contact us for return requests.

  • Can I order by email or phone?

Yes, you can. Do it the way you feel comfortable; we’ll arrange the rest.

You can still pay by credit card with the payment link that we’ll send you.

You can also transfer by bank deposit. 

  • Do you take preorders?

For the items which are still in production, you’ll find an expected release date.

You can make preorders for those items by contacting us.

  • Which materials do you use?

Our primary materials are 100% cotton and viscose.

In summer, we don’t use any polyester, although we do in some winter designs.

Our lightweight cotton becomes flannel, and viscose becomes a heavier one in winter.

We also produce knitwear with a high-quality wool blend.

  • Do you use child labor?

We don’t use child labor, neither have any business relationship with a company that does so.

  • Do all your employees have social security benefits?

There is no unregistered work without social security (which is unfortunately common in our country) in our company.
