You’ll find two shipping options at checkout:
1. Flat Rate Express Shipping
We don't impose a minimum order amount for wholesale but charge a flat handling and shipping fee per order. As your order gets larger, you keep paying the basic fee and we take over the rest of the shipping, which means a lower per product shipping cost for you. You pay the same fee if you order 2 pieces or 200 pieces.

Where do we ship from, how does it work with customs, how long does it take to deliver?
We have two warehouses, one in Istanbul / Turkey and one in Berlin / Germany. Depending on the the country of the delivery, we ship from one of these warehouses. From Germany we always ship with DHL while from Turkey we may ship with DHL or FedEx.
In case some of the items in your are not available at the time, we'll contact you for later delivery of those items.
EU orders
We ship all EU orders from our warehouse in Germany which means no customs duties for you.
Very important for EU customers: The prices on our website are VAT-exclusive. If you are VAT registered please let us know your VAT number so that we can issue a VAT-free invoice according to EU regulations.
If you are not VAT registered, we will add 19% Germany VAT to your invoice and charge you extra for this.
Orders from the EU are usually delivered between 2-7 days, depending on the country.
UK & Switzerland orders
We ship from Germany with a CN23 OR CN24 form. You might have to pay import VAT and customs duties. Please provide us with your EORI and VAT numbers.
UK orders are usually delivered in 3-4 days while Swiss orders delivered in 4 days.
Other Non-EU Europe orders
We mostly ship from Germany but may also ship from Turkey depending on the item availability. Our export team will contact you before shipping and make sure a smooth customs processing. The orders are delivered in 3-7 days
US & Canada orders
We mostly ship from Turkey because of better shipping rates and delivery times. The delivery time is 3-4 days.
Depending on the size of your order, you may have to pay import VAT and duties.
Australia, New Zealand and South Africa orders
We ship from Germany. Depending on the size of your order, you may have to pay import VAT and duties. The orders are delivered in 9-13 days.
Rest of the World
We usually ship from Germany but may also ship from Turkey depending on the item availability. You may have to pay import VAT and duties. The orders are delivered in 7-18 days.
We usually pack and ship the next working day. In case some of the items in your are not available at the time, we'll contact you for later delivery of those items.
Any incorrect information may cause delays in delivery; please make sure that all the information you provide us is correct.

2. Warehouse pick up
You can select this option if you like to pick up your order from one of our warehouses. This is free of charge.
